The Role We are seeking an exceptional Tournant Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team, supporting multiple LPM outlets across our global portfolio. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate and accomplished chef to play a key role in maintaining and elevating LPM’s signature standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Support and deputize for the Executive Chef across multiple LPM locations. Ensure consistency and excellence in all culinary operations, training, and food presentation. Provide hands‑on leadership in the kitchen, fostering a culture of teamwork, innovation, and high performance. Assist in menu development, kitchen management, and quality assurance across sites. Travel internationally to oversee openings, audits, and support teams as required (minimum 12 weeks per year). Ideal Profile Proven experience as a Head Chef, Senior Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chefb> within a high‑end or Michelin‑acclaimed restaurant group. Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills with a collaborative mindset. Well‑travelled and culturally adaptable; proficiency in multiple languages and a European passport are highly advantageous due to ease of travel. Demonstrated track record of culinary excellence and operational success across diverse environments. Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and commitment to LPM’s standards of authenticity, quality, and creativity. Flexible and eager to travel internationally on a regular basis.
