Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Regional Sales Manager
to lead and grow our trade sales. This role is responsible for driving revenue, building long-term relationships with trade customers, and promoting the Casa Floors brand across your territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers, contractors, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
- Deliver product knowledge, training, and support to trade partners as needed.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for the Head of Sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement regional campaigns and promotions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within the building, construction, or flooring industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel across the region as required.
- Full UK driving license.
