Luminate Education Group is recruiting for a Resourcing Co-ordinator for our friendly and supportive recruitment team.

We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive, collaborative environment where everyone feels valued. You will be based at our Park Lane Campus, just a 10–15 minute walk from the train station and well-connected by local bus routes with flexible hybrid working to support a healthy work-life balance.

You'll support recruitment across the Group by creating job adverts, preparing reports, and providing excellent service to candidates and colleagues across the group.

The closing date for this role is Monday 24th November 2025 with interviews taking place Monday 1 December 2025.

What You Will Do

  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing friendly and professional support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Create and post engaging job adverts across our ATS, job boards, and social media channels.
  • Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accuracy and resolving any system issues.
  • Produce regular and ad hoc recruitment reports for HR and senior management. ensuring the data is presented in a suitable format
  • Support hiring managers and ensure our recruitment processes are inclusive, compliant, and continuously improving.
  • Represent Luminate Education Group at recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience at every stage.

About You

  • Educated to Level 2 or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualification (for example GCSE grade C or GCSE grade 4)
  • Appropriate professional HR or recruitment qualification Level 3 or above or working towards (for example CIPD, CertRP or CertIHR).
  • Previous experience of working in a HR or Recruitment support role.
  • Comfortable using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HR systems, with a good understanding of how HR processes and policies work in practice.
  • Previous experience in posting job adverts to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Proficient in creating reports and extracting useful insights from data.
