We're seeking an experienced IS Solutions Developer to support enterprise application development using modern .NET technologies. This is a hands-on role ideal for a contractor who thrives in Agile environments and delivers high-quality, scalable solutions.

• ETL pipeline design & implementation: building robust data flows end‑to‑end (ingest → transform → load), with strong habits around error handling, retries, idempotency, and observability.

• C# / .NET (v8, moving to v10) for authoring transformations/plugins and scripting flow logic; familiarity with dependency injection, async/await, and background processing patterns.

• MS SQL Server (T‑SQL): schema design, performant queries, stored procedures, and indexing for high‑volume workloads.

• Message‑queuing fundamentals (e.g., RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus): pub/sub, acknowledgements, dead‑lettering, routing keys, and throughput tuning.

• Caching patterns (Redis): designing cache keys, TTLs/expiry, invalidation strategies, and handling cache‑miss paths.

• Working with structured payloads: JSON, base64 file content, and blob/object storage for large assets.

• DevOps & deployment: Docker‑based development/hosting and CI/CD with Azure DevOps (pipelines, artifacts, environments).

• Monitoring & diagnostics: Application Insights and Azure Log Analytics; interpreting metrics, traces, and logs to troubleshoot flow failures.

• Secure API integration: rate limiting, authentication, and governance via Azure API Management.

• Operational know‑how: deploying/maintaining Windows Services and IIS‑hosted components in production.

• Version control & collaboration: Git, code reviews, and lean documentation of flows.

• Telerik UI for Blazor

• Azure (App Services, Functions, etc.)

• Unit testing (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
