Job Summary

To ensure cost effective and accurate airfare pricing is provided for all Imagine packages, plus support Product, Sales and Concierge with all flight related queries

Responsibilities

  • Update all products with accurate and up to date flight pricing ensuring operational guidelines are adhered to.
  • Support Product with package build, delivering the most competitive flights when inside system range and accurate estimates when outside of range.
  • Carry out regular product sweeps, validating and updating the air element.
  • Additional support to the wider Aviation team as required, including but not limited to:

o Assist Concierge delivery by creating manifests, sourcing best flight options, holding flight bookings and cleansing files.

o Manage flight bookings with ticketing requests, GDS management and post-ticketing queries.

o Assist the Sales, Concierge & Support teams with pre and post booking queries.

o Source alternative flights for passengers that have been affected by schedule changes, plus contacting clients as required.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a clear focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and able to deliver under pressure.
  • Proficient Microsoft skills, particularly Excel.
  • Good team-player, self-motivated and forward thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of airline contracts/processes & GDS knowledge would be an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
