Join Our Team at PHL Group as a Patient Navigator

Location: Lymington Urgent Treatment Centre

Hourly Rate: £12.27 (Monday – Thursday)

Evening Rate: £14.72 (after 18:00)

Weekend Rate: £17.18

Hours: 24.5 hours per week (on a 4-week rolling rota, including weekends and bank holidays)

Shifts:

  • Early Shift: 7:45 AM – 3:15 PM
  • Late Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM

Partnering Health Group (PHL) is a leading provider of integrated urgent healthcare services. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients, and we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Patient Navigator to join our team at the Lymington Urgent Treatment Centre.

Your Role:

As a Patient Navigator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in ensuring they receive the highest standard of care. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and registering patients upon arrival.
  • Managing patient appointments efficiently.
  • Answering telephone inquiries promptly and professionally, while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Keeping the reception area tidy and ensuring all areas are safe.
  • Managing stationery stocks and other administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For:

We need someone who is reliable, friendly, and flexible, with a genuine passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant experience in reception, customer service, or administration.
  • Confidence, multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently without supervision.
  • Sensitivity and empathy when dealing with people from different backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information with empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other databases.
  • Experience with Adastra and EMIS is desirable but not essential.
