We firmly believe that attracting and developing talented professionals is essential for our ongoing growth and success. By investing in our team, we create an environment where innovation thrives and opportunities abound.
Our aim is to innovate, dominate and disrupt niche insurance on a global scale, which means we are seeking innovators and individuals who embrace change with ease. Together, we can drive change and make a significant impact in the industry.
The Role:
As a Product Manager, you are the strategic lead responsible for defining and owning product outcomes within a core domain. You work upstream to identify opportunities, frame problem spaces, and prioritise work against commercial goals and customer needs. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you lead Product Trios to accelerate delivery using AI-enabled, iterative methods.
This role is central to embedding our AI-native operating model, leading by example in adopting AI tools, discovery-led development, and outcome-driven delivery.
What will you do?
Strategic Product Ownership
- Define product vision and strategy aligned to business goals and customer needs.
- Own and prioritise problem spaces, not feature lists.
- Set OKRs for your product domain and manage trade-offs to achieve them.
Continuous Discovery & Experimentation
- Lead continuous discovery processes, working with Product Trios to validate problems and solutions through iterative testing.
- Use rapid prototyping, AI copilots, and customer feedback loops to accelerate learning.
- Prioritise working software and real-world user validation over theoretical analysis.
AI-Native Delivery Enablement
- Act as a role model for AI-native, iterative working.
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery, automate routine tasks, and unlock creativity.
- Promote adoption of small, empowered squads operating with autonomy.
Outcome Ownership & Performance
- Own end-to-end outcomes, from insight to measurable impact.
- Ensure clear, trackable metrics are defined for all initiatives.
- Regularly communicate progress, learnings, and pivot decisions to leadership.
Leadership & Change Agency
- Advocate for systemic change in ways of working, embedding product thinking and AI-native delivery practices.
- Collaborate across domains to share learnings and scale best practices.
- Challenge legacy structures that impede rapid, customer-led delivery.
What Success Looks Like:
- Product domain delivers measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Problems are framed and solved iteratively, using AI-native methods.
- Discovery-to-delivery cycle times are reduced.
- Empowered squads operate with clear focus and autonomy.
- AI tooling is embedded as standard in day-to-day product practice.
Essentials:
- Experience in digital product management, preferably in product-led tech informed environments.
- Experience leading empowered squads or cross-functional delivery teams.
- Strong product strategy, prioritisation, and customer discovery skills.
- Comfortable working with AI tools (e.g. copilots, generative AI platforms) or eager to adopt.
- Data literate and commercially minded.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passionate about transforming how digital products are built and delivered.
Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:
- Experience within the insurance industry (if you've worked in travel, even better) or similar sector experience, although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well.
We're assembling a diverse team
, where skills, not checkboxes, reign supreme, regardless of race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability.
Staysure Group welcomes all new starters with open arms, providing training, development opportunities, and great benefits.
