Infopro Digital Services Limited is seeking a dynamic Learning Events Producer to join our innovative team in London. In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating engaging and impactful educational events tailored to our audience in the financial services sector.

Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with subject matter experts to design and develop learning content, managing the logistics of event production, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. You will be responsible for the end-to-end production of learning events, from conceptualization through to execution and post-event evaluation.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with internal teams and external experts to define learning objectives and create program content.
- Managing all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, technology setup, and coordination of speakers and facilitators.
- Conducting market research to identify key topics and trends to inform event programming.
- Creating promotional materials and liaising with marketing teams to maximize event visibility.
- On-site and online management during events, ensuring smooth operation and high levels of participant engagement.
- Evaluating the success of events and courses through participant feedback and performance metrics, implementing improvements where necessary.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development and bringing educational concepts to life through innovative event production.
- Proven experience in organizing educational or training events, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think creatively and innovate when it comes to learning methodologies and event delivery.
- Proficiency in using event management software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data to inform programming decisions.
- This role is hybrid based in London (3 days minimum in the office, 2 from home)
