The Crafty Bonobo is a fast-growing personalised gift business based in Cwmbran. We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team immediately to help us through our busiest time of year.

This is a temporary position until Christmas, with the potential for part-time or full-time work in the new year depending on performance and workload.

About the Role:

You'll be working as part of our friendly workshop team, helping to create and package personalised gifts that are shipped all across the UK. The role includes a mix of creative and practical tasks, such as:

  • Packaging customer orders ready for dispatch
  • Designing personalised products on the laptop using our design software (training provided)
  • Operating laser machines and other equipment (training provided)
  • Keeping the workspace organised and tidy
  • Assisting with general workshop duties

  • Great attention to detail
  • Confident using a computer
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
