Job Title: Sales Agent (Training Starts 8th December)

Start Date: 8th December 2025

Pay: £12.21 Hourly Rate

Contract Type: Permanent (2 week temporary contract to complete paid induction training with a view to receiving a permanent employment offer if successfully completed.)

About the Role:

We're looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team this December. Successful candidates will start with a 2-week paid training period beginning 8th December.

After training, there will be a 2-week break over the Christmas and New Year period while our operations are quieter. Team members who demonstrate great performance, reliability, and a positive attitude during training will be invited back to continue work from 5th January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing business, with the potential for ongoing work in the new year.

The average day for a Sales Agent revolves around our customers. You will receive incoming calls from customers looking to buy from us, as well as dialling out to customers who have shown an interest in our products and want to know more (no cold calling).

This position is full-time with career prospects in a small but rapidly growing company that specialise in niche motor insurance.

Our salary is performance based bonus, so your overall package could reach £35,000 OTE.

You don't necessarily need insurance experience to apply, as full and extensive training is provided. All we ask is that you're motivated and willing to learn; the rest we can teach you.

  • Have a wide knowledge of our products in order to inform customers correctly
  • Building rapport with our customers and gathering relevant information
  • Ensure we meet customers' needs
