We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Engineer to join our IT Operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting and maintaining our IT and telephony systems, ensuring seamless operations across our growing network of dental practices.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing 2nd line IT support on a day-to-day basis
  • Offering occasional 1st line support when required
  • Delivering consistent, high-quality resolution of 15+ tickets per day
  • Supporting and implementing system changes and project work
  • Carrying out onsite installations, including VOIP, firewall, and thin client setups
  • Participating in out-of-hours installations or emergency site visits when necessary

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in 2nd line IT support within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across infrastructure, networking, and telephony systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
  • Flexible approach to working hours and travel for site support
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and managing escalations
  • Driving license essential due to site visit requirements
