3rd Line Team Leader – Northampton | £45,000–£55,000 | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 remote)

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor Service Desk and 3rd Line Engineers
  • Manage incidents, escalations, and SLA performance
  • Run major incidents and ensure exceptional customer experience
  • Drive process improvement and service enhancement
  • Coach and develop your team through regular reviews and training

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
  • Strong technical background across Servers, Cloud, Networking and Security
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • Ambition to take that next step into a leadership-focused role
  • Certifications a plus – CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, AZ-104, AZ-305, VCP, VMCE
