Legal Product Analyst - AI, Innovation & Emerging Technologies

Echo Talent is delighted to be partnering with a leading international law firm to recruit a Legal Product Analyst to join their forward-thinking Innovation & Legal Technology team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about how AI and emerging technologies help transform the legal industry and who enjoys getting hands-on with solving product and technical challenges.

About the role:

The Legal Product Analyst will play a key role at the intersection of law, technology, and product development. You'll help evaluate new legal tech tools, support the rollout of innovative solutions, and troubleshoot issues that arise in legal environment ensuring that digital products and AI initiatives deliver real value to lawyers and clients alike.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research and analyse trends in AI and legal technology.
  • Support the design, implementation, and improvement of products and platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product or technical issues, liaising with internal tech teams and vendors.
  • Collaborate with lawyers, product managers, and innovation leads to improve service delivery.
  • Gather feedback and performance data to enhance existing tools.
  • Produce insights and recommendations to inform the firm's innovation strategy.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in a law firm, legal tech, or professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data and trends into actionable insights.
  • Comfort working with AI tools, data platforms, or automation technologies.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to solve problems proactively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

(Experience with product management tools, Agile delivery methods or Document Management systems would be a plus).
