An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Legal Products Analyst
to join a forward-thinking law firm at the forefront of
legal technology and AI-driven innovation
.

In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping how technology supports the delivery of legal services — working with lawyers, analysts, and engineers to identify opportunities, streamline processes, and deliver cutting-edge tech solutions.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to
develop and optimise AI-powered tools
, enhance efficiency, and support the rollout of new legal products. This position offers exposure to both the
technical
and
strategic
sides of legal technology in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and optimisation of
    legal technology platforms and AI-driven products
  • Work closely with legal teams to capture requirements and deliver tailored tech solutions
  • Develop, test, and refine
    AI prompt libraries and playbooks
    for consistent performance
  • Research and evaluate
    emerging legal technologies
    to identify innovation opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product and technical issues with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders

About You

  • A
    technical or analytical background
    (degree or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with
    AI tools, NLP, or automation technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to translate between technical and legal audiences
  • Understanding of
    law firm processes
    and workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with
    product management tools
    (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with
    document management systems
    (e.g. iManage, NetDocuments)
  • Interest in
    emerging tech trends
    within the legal sector
