Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a
Legal Project Analyst
to join their London office on a hybrid (50/50) basis. This exciting new role is focused on improving collaboration across business services, streamlining processes, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance client relationships.

About the Role:

You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, map processes, and recommend solutions that simplify workflows. From gathering and analyzing data to designing technical and process improvements, you'll play a key role in driving adoption and delivering measurable results. Expect involvement in workshops, governance implementation, KPI tracking, and end-to-end project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in business analysis, change, and transformation within professional services or legal environments.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Excel (data manipulation), and process mapping tools (Visio). PowerBI experience is a plus.
  • Degree (or equivalent) and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a partnership culture and managing multiple priorities.
