The Role – Chef de Partie

We're looking for an experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team full-time.

You'll take ownership of your section, prepare fresh ingredients, and deliver consistently high-quality dishes during busy service.

This is a great opportunity for a professional Chef de Partie who enjoys working with fresh produce in a supportive, modern kitchen with a positive, team-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run your section efficiently during prep and service.
  • Cook and present dishes to Delamina's high standards.
  • Maintain food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety.
  • Support the team and communicate clearly under pressure.
  • Help train and support junior chefs when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, quality-focused kitchen.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) a plus.
  • Professional, dependable, and calm under pressure — no egos, just chefs who care.
  • A genuine passion for Eastern Mediterranean flavours and fresh cooking.

What We Offer

  • Up to £40,000 per year, paid every 4 weeks
  • Full-time, 45–48 hours per week.
  • Paid overtime, holiday pay, pension, and uniform provided.
