Are you a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie ready to elevate your craft?

We're looking for a talented chef to join our small, ambitious team at The European in Leyton — a neighbourhood pub known for its top-tier, seasonal food with French influence, where quality ingredients and classic technique meet modern creativity.

What you'll do:

  • Prepare and plate dishes to a consistently high standard, following established recipes and techniques.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new, seasonal menus that balance creativity and comfort.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen organisation at all times.
  • Uphold our commitment to sustainability, flavour, and minimal waste.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a quality-driven kitchen.
  • A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal produce and well-executed pub food.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
  • A team player with strong organisational and time-management skills.
