Working as a Senior Chef de Partie - Live cook Restaurant for Searcys will require you to be an ambassador for this brand and deliver services that creates lasting memories. You will work in Live cook Kitchen supporting Executive Chef in the day to day running of the venue. Job Description

Senior Chef de Partie

Rate: up to £35,200 per annum (depending on experience)

Shifts: Monday - Friday

Contract: Full Time/ Permanent

MAIN PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie to join our premium hospitality team, delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a client-facing environment. In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Chef to ensure smooth operations during service, support with prep and delivery, and uphold all food safety and hygiene procedures in our Live cook Restaurant kitchen. You'll assist in the production of dishes, live cook section, and maintaining the highest standards across all areas required by the business.

The successful candidate will:

• Contribute to a kitchen environment that consistently delivers outstanding results and an excellent client experience.
• Possess the confidence and capability to independently oversee the kitchen in the absence of the Senior Chef.
• Lead by example and foster a positive, motivated kitchen culture.
• Support the development of junior chefs through guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Chef de Partie in a similar setting or
• A background in premium hospitality operations, ideally within environments that serve blue-chip clients or professional services firms.
• A passion for precision, presentation, and professionalism.
