Job Overview
We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Care Compliance Administrator to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting our management team to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and full CQC compliance.
This role suits someone with previous experience in the care sector, excellent administrative skills, and a strong understanding of compliance standards and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry outmonthly, and annual audits to ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
- Create, review, and update person-centred care plans and assessments, ensuring annual reviews are completed.
- Support the management team with policy and procedure compliance, using QCS (Quality Compliance Systems- Training Provided.) software for guidance and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports.
- Assist in general administrative duties, scheduling, and correspondence management.
- Support recruitment and onboarding for new staff and bank carers.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience (essential).
- Previous experience within the care sector (essential).
- Knowledge of CQC standards, policies, and compliance.
- Experience using QCS software (desirable; training will be provided).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Support Worker Experience (Desirable)
