Job Overview

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Care Compliance Administrator to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting our management team to ensure smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and full CQC compliance.

This role suits someone with previous experience in the care sector, excellent administrative skills, and a strong understanding of compliance standards and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry outmonthly, and annual audits to ensure compliance with CQC regulations.
  • Create, review, and update person-centred care plans and assessments, ensuring annual reviews are completed.
  • Support the management team with policy and procedure compliance, using QCS (Quality Compliance Systems- Training Provided.) software for guidance and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and reports.
  • Assist in general administrative duties, scheduling, and correspondence management.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding for new staff and bank carers.

Requirements

  • Proven administrative experience (essential).
  • Previous experience within the care sector (essential).
  • Knowledge of CQC standards, policies, and compliance.
  • Experience using QCS software (desirable; training will be provided).
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confident communication skills and a professional approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Support Worker Experience (Desirable)
