The Role
We are seeking an exceptional leader who shares our commitment to improving our Health and Social Care services across Lanarkshire.
Reporting directly into the Chief Officer, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership in the planning, management and provision of all health services within University North Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership.
You will lead and develop on the contribution of the health and associated social care to the community planning processes, in partnership with local communities, third sector, and the independent sector, local authorities and other community planning partners. In doing so, ensure continued focus on the delivery of plans designed to support improvement in the health and wellbeing of local communities and specifically targeted to reduce health inequalities.
You will have overall accountability for the operational delivery of locality health services, core clinical care groups which sit within the University North Health & Social Care Partnership including Children's Services, Adult Services and Mental Health and Learning Disabilities.
As a member of both University North Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Core Management Team and Strategic Leadership Teams, you will fully contribute to and participate in the corporate management and governance and operational delivery of the health and social care partnership delivery plan.
