About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This full-time role blends both strategic marketing and hands-on sales, giving you the opportunity to work closely with clients, engage with customers, and help shape marketing campaigns from concept to execution. You will play a key role in promoting brands, driving customer engagement, generating sales, and analysing performance to support business growth. This position is perfect for someone who loves a mix of creativity, communication, and commercial strategy — and thrives in a fast-moving, results-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns across in-person, and promotional channels
  • Actively engage with customers to drive sales, demonstrate products, and represent client brands
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and new opportunities
  • Create compelling marketing materials, content, and promotional assets
  • Attend events, brand activations, and customer-facing activities to increase brand awareness
  • Monitor campaign and sales performance, preparing reports and recommending improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales messaging and marketing strategy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients, ensuring positive brand representation

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong rapport with customers
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Comfortable analysing data and tracking performance metrics
  • Confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
