Are you a dynamic professional who excels in both sales and marketing, with a keen interest in sports? Our company is in search of a Sales and Marketing Specialist who can seamlessly integrate sports elements into our marketing strategies while catering to clients across various industries. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic sales approaches, emphasising networking and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, incorporating elements of sports events and sponsorships, to elevate our brand presence
  • Identify and assess various events and sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand's vision and goals
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients from diverse industries, understanding their unique needs and objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing efforts
  • Manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, adapting strategies as needed to maximise ROI
  • Create compelling marketing materials that engage audiences across different sectors and drive sales conversions
  • Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for future initiatives
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in both sales and sports marketing
  • Represent our brand at industry events and networking opportunities, building valuable connections
  • Oversee contracts and agreements with clients and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of combined experience in sales and marketing, with a demonstrated track record of success
  • Genuine passion for sports and an understanding of its potential impact in marketing strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to adapt strategies to meet the diverse needs of clients across different industries
  • Proficiency in project management and organisation, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel for events or client meetings
  • Experience in networking and a collaborative team environment
