Job Detail: Marketing and Sales Internship | Immediate Start | Entry-Level Location – Watford

We are looking for an eager self-starter with the drive to master foundations of our marketing systems and communications to then be able to grow and take on more responsibility. As a Marketing and Sales Intern, you will be building the reputations of some of the UK biggest and most important names in a rapidly changing world. The services they deliver are used by both large brands and start-ups looking to increase their customer database, improve brand awareness and provide a first-class personalised customer buying experience. Highly driven, ambitious and ability to work under target based projects. All earnings and progression are uncapped therefore, the more action taken thus sales completed, the more money you earn and ability to get promoted sooner 

 

Main Responsibilities 

  • Hands-on experience, getting to work alongside and learn from experienced sales professionals and account managers.
  • Handling client representations, conducting presentations, negotiations and queries to provide long term customers, whilst gathering this data.
  • Setting up and managing pop-up events, ensuring this is executed in a timely manner, to be functional to carry out marketing systems and campaigns.
  • Develop business growth through a direct approach managing the relationship with partners and resellers to increase market reach.
  • Carrying out various marketing strategies whilst leading.
  • Provide analysis of the team, identifying opportunities and potential drawbacks, both internally and externally.
  • Manage expectations and delivery of standard targets for everyone on the account which is able to be delivered at times which are expected, achieving the overall objectives to a high standard.
  • Travel as needed for client meetings and events, and overall representation.
     

Skills/ Experience

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills, with good presentation, consultation, and negotiation abilities
  • Successfully dealt with varied aspects of a communications or engagement campaigns/projects
  • Confident, with good people skills
  • Passionate about marketing mastering fundamentals, tools and opportunities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with the ability to work independently, a combination of passion for creating great work, juggling different projects simultaneously, a stickler for detail and organisation.
