We are looking for a Disputes Paralegal to join our London team.

We're a specialist disputes firm working on complex, often cross-border matters involving sanctions, international arbitration, and commercial litigation. Our clients include high-net-worth individuals, corporates and state-linked entities, and our work regularly involves challenging and high-value cases.

This role offers genuine, hands-on experience across a range of disputes. You'll work closely with partners on case preparation, research, drafting, and client engagement — gaining exposure to substantial international work in a fast-moving and supportive environment.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong academic credentials (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in sanctions, arbitration, and commercial litigation
  • Language skills in Russian or Arabic are a plus, but not essential
