Located in the heart of Manchester's city centre on bustling Peter St. Forty-Seven's natural playfulness matches that of the city; with signature hot-touches that mirror the vibrancy of Peter Street. This is teamed with a design that is boldly and sensitively injected alongside the original design so that a luxury hotel experience is created.

· Be buzzing with personality

· Experience with handling guests queries and complaints

· Experience using MEWS PMS is a huge advantage

Duties will include…

· Have an experience across the operations of a busy city centre hotel.

· Have a hands-on approach, are organised and supportive of your team.

· Take initiative and are reactive to situations as they arise, finding suitable solutions and ensuring a positive outcome.

· Are results-driven and understand what needs to be done in order to achieve the hotel goals.

· Ensuring efficient friendly service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk and handling telephone enquiries effectively.

· Co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request.

· Demonstrating a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and the local area.

· Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

· Ensuring efficient professional service is offered when dealing with all guest requirements at the front desk.

· Ensure that the hotel is sufficiently stocked throughout the night and ready for business every morning

· Maintaining security and safety during night time hours

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and requirements. The Night Receptionist will be expected to perform additional tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Manchester M2 3NG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
