We're looking for an enthusiastic Night Receptionist to join our team. You'll play a vital role in ensuring guests have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay throughout the night. You should be confident working independently, have strong time management skills, and be passionate about maintaining high standards of service.

About the Role

As part of our Night Team, you'll handle all hotel operations during the night, making sure guests have everything they need and that the hotel runs smoothly and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the night.
  • Be a welcoming, friendly point of contact for guests at all times.
  • Conduct regular checks of corridors and public areas.
  • Manage reception duties including:
  • Night audits
  • Guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Processing payments
  • Handling phone calls and emails
  • Demonstrate knowledge of room categories, rates, promotions, and hotel services.
  • Clean and set up public areas as required.
  • Maximize occupancy by promoting hotel services and facilities through up-selling techniques.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial, but not essential — we provide full induction and ongoing training to help you succeed.

  • Have a genuine passion for outstanding guest service, no matter the hour.
  • Understand or be willing to learn about Health & Safety, Fire Safety, and company policies.
  • Be organized, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.
  • Stay calm under pressure and enjoy solving problems.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and make guests feel truly at home.

Working Hours

10:30pm – 7:00am, including weekday and weekend shifts (4 nights per week). Flexibility is required.
