**Salary**: £11.66 per hour

This isn’t your ordinary night receptionist job. There’s no over the counter check-in here. At YOTEL we have check in kiosks where we walk our guests through check in at a pace they set. From Self Service to hand holding, you’ll be managing guests in a variety of ways.

We are looking for a superstar night receptionist to join our Mission Control team. Fantastic customer service skills are a must. A knowledge of the local area to support guests as needed is desired.

We only accept the best for our guests, and our teams and we don’t just want you to be proud of what WE do, we want you to be proud of what YOU do. You’re the expert. SOP ideas? Have development ideas for the team? Pitch them to us and design them with us. We believe collaboration is key and here at YOTEL - we have each other’s backs

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

- Updating internal systems of guest presence.
- Support & completion of night audits.
- Maintaining security of the building at all times.
- Taking payment for outstanding charges and keeping accurate records of these.
- Guest satisfaction and interaction.
- Working with the Sales & Revenue departments to highlight key corporate leads based on booking trends.
- Maintaining general cleanliness of lobby area and other public areas
- Assisting F&B team to drive drinks sales and provide late night refreshment for residents (training provided).

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.66 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
