Boasting 208 bedrooms, 5 conference rooms, and a wellness suite complete with gym, sauna, and steam room, Innside Manchester is the perfect choice for both stylish business travellers and unique leisure guests. **Job Summary**:At INNSiDE, the receptionist is the first person to warmly welcome our guests, and therefore one of our most important assets. INNSiDERs are our local experts, who freely interact with guests to offer their insights and expertise on the best of the local neighbourhood. The receptionist provides an efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring excellent customer care and intuition, anticipating our guests needs tailored to their stay. They are able to use their initiative and work within department guidelines to resolve complaints, as they have a genuine desire for every guest to leave satisfied.
