We're evaluagent — an AI-powered platform helping contact centres turn conversations into performance. We're hiring a PM to own the next generation of analytics, reporting, and conversational intelligence.

What you'll do
- Build AI/LLM-powered insight experiences
- Define & evolve data flow, reporting, and export pipelines
- Prototype quickly with lightweight tools
- Deliver predictive analytics + real-time recommendations
About you
- PM experience in SaaS analytics, BI, reporting, or conversational intelligence
- Strong technical confidence (data pipelines, model performance, architecture)
- Thrive in remote, fast-paced environments
