Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in London, United Kingdom. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for directly prospecting investors to invest into the company investment portfolio. This will be done by telephone, virtual meetings and in person meetings. The range of products within our portfolio include private equity, fixed income and alternative physical asset investments. The role involves prospecting High Net Worth investors, qualifying and consulting on their investment objectives and then introducing them to our portfolio of investment opportunities. OTE is £100k+ for a New business development manager. And £200k+ for a 360 business development manager.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong understanding of Real Estate, Alternative Asset Acquisition, and Private Equity sectors
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom
