You'll work directly with scaling businesses, advising them on marketing and digital hires that drive real growth. With just three days in the Bournemouth office each week (four during probation), you'll enjoy the freedom to manage your time around your life.

This isn't traditional recruitment. You'll be building long-term, strategic partnerships with senior leaders in high-growth brands. You'll position yourself as the go-to talent advisor, helping clients solve complex hiring challenges and shaping their teams.
You'll focus on strategic account development, identifying and engaging with high-growth D2C/CPG brands that need talent solutions. You'll build consultative relationships with founders, CMOs and growth leaders, presenting talent strategies that align with their business objectives.
You'll own the client lifecycle, from initial engagement to ongoing partnership. Conducting quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions, you'll identify expansion opportunities and increase contract values.
You'll also work alongside the Head of Talent Delivery on complex search assignments, providing market intelligence and competitive insights to clients.
What you'll need
• At least 3 years in consultative 360 recruitment
• Proven track record of developing new business relationships with examples of new accounts secured and revenue generated
• Understanding of marketing, digital, or creative roles (ideally within scaling consumer businesses)
