Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Test lead to come and work with our client who is a National Electricity Transmission provider, We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to support our testing activities across a variety of Workday modules

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Workday testing and will have the relevant testing expertise to ensure that all testing procedures meet the highest quality standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing activities for theWorkday platforms, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes related to Finance, Treasury Management Systems, and Payments Factory.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and detailed test cases based on business requirements and functional specifications.
  • Execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for Workday enhancements and new modules.
  • Experience in Non-Functional Testing (NFT), risk assessments and any other performance related testing for Workday.
  • Identify and document defects, working with functional , technical & vendor teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Establish and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
  • Provide training and support to team members on testing best practices and tools.
    Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing status and risks.
