Overview:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying business trends, and recommending strategic improvements within a banking environment. The role involves collecting and evaluating customer needs, market conditions, and operational processes to optimize profitability and enhance the customer experience through data-driven insights and solution development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed business and data analysis to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities.
  • Gather and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Support Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: £350.00-£380.00 per day
