Join a leading universal bank's Payments division as a Business Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions that power a significant proportion of the UK high street's payment transactions. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, supporting innovative payment solutions in a dynamic B2B2C environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead analysis on projects or workstreams, gathering requirements and supporting design to translate business needs into effective technology solutions
  • Work within project teams to deliver an agreed roadmap, estimating timescales and ensuring alignment with overall delivery goals
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including users, clients, management and developers to understand needs and communicate project details clearly
  • Provide sound judgment and recommendations on business matters, assessing situations and advising on courses of action
  • Follow all governance processes to secure appropriate sign-offs while aligning to wider organisational strategy

Essential:

  • Ability to analyse data from various systems and stakeholders, present findings and provide actionable recommendations
  • Including negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Good understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall approaches, plus lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of data transfer, APIs and cloud-based applications
  • Proven track record delivering technology projects

  • Experience with

  • Interest in payment technologies
