The Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding brand presence for our clients. You'll engage with clients, generate new business opportunities, and contribute to the success of dynamic marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Engage with customers through various campaigns across different sectors
- Build rapport, identify needs and deliver tailored product or service presentations
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance goals
- Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Leadership & Team Development
- Participate in structured leadership training and mentorship programs
- Develop the ability to coach, support, and inspire new team members
- Lead by example — fostering a positive, performance-driven team culture
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales associates as you progress
Performance & Business Growth
- Track, analyse, and report on personal and team performance metrics
- Collaborate with senior leaders to refine strategies and explore new market opportunities
- Take part in management workshops, goal-setting sessions, and business development coaching
- Strengthen skills in leadership, communication, and operational strategy
