We're looking for an Entry Level Sales Associate to join our team in Chelmsford. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you'll support live sales campaigns, represent brands and engage with customers directly. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone starting their career or looking to build confidence and communication skills.

What you'll do

  • Engage with customers in person to promote products and services
  • Deliver clear, friendly and professional communication
  • Support daily sales activity and assist with campaign performance
  • Build rapport, answer customer questions and present options
  • Generate interest and contribute to lead generation and sales outcomes
  • Represent brands across different sectors in customer-facing environments
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly goals
