Graduate Manufacturing Technology Equipment Qualification

As Manufacturing Technology Equipment Qualification Graduate, you will enable the qualification of materials, manufacturing processes, components and assemblies to appropriate fusion Codes and Standards and to facilitate the transfer of developed manufacturing and joining solutions into the industrial production supply chain to meet fusion device manufacturing requirements.
Your core responsibilities:
- Assist in research and development activities by contributing to the assessment of innovative manufacturing processes and joining methods.
- Help plan and carry out testing, characterisation, and verification tasks to support the qualification of materials, processes, and components in line with industry best practise.
- Participate in collaborative efforts to explore how research outcomes can be applied in industrial settings, supporting the development of the fusion manufacturing supply chain.
- Perform a variety of technical tasks designed to provide experience & familiarization with staff, methods, practices, & programs of the Group and wider Division.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of fusion relevant topics and apply this learning to assigned projects.

Qualifications- Degree in Science or Engineering from 2025 or '26
- Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Driven, with a strong appetite to learn and take on new challenges
- Able to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Well organised and adaptable with the ability to plan and prioritise workload
