The Role:

We are looking for a caring and reliable Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will provide essential support to our residents, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, eating, and mobility.
  • Support residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring safety.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful environment within the home.

What We're Looking For:

  • A compassionate and patient nature.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Required).
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in a care setting is an advantage but not necessary – training will be provided.
