About us
**Whites' Community Care LTD** is a home care provider based in Belper, serving North East Derbyshire, Matlock, Amber Valley, Erewash, and Derbyshire Dales.
**Job Requirements:**
Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Must have a vehicle and a valid driving license.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
**Compensation:**
We offer an hourly rate of **£12.50** per hour, paid for the entirety of any allocated shifts. Additionally, staff will receive a fuel allowance based on a sliding scale according to the hours worked on the road.
**Role of a Community Support Worker:**
As a Community Support Worker, you will support individuals in various ways based on their unique care needs. This could include, but is not limited to:
Assisting with personal care routines
Administering or prompting medication
Preparing meals
Assisting with shopping
Collecting medications
Attending appointments
Providing social interaction
Offering companionship
Light cleaning and tidying of clients' homes

**Experience:**
While previous experience in care is desired, it is not essential as full training will be provided. Whites' Community Care values training and development, and we maintain strong links with external agencies that support us in obtaining diplomas and qualifications for our staff. What matters most is your natural ability to care and your passion for helping others. If you possess these qualities, we will provide the support you need to become an exceptional Community Support Worker.
