Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Night Manager located in Poole. The Lead Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the night operations, managing a team of colleagues to ensure the store is ready for trading the next day, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks include stock management, maintaining store standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Lead Night Manager will also be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of stock management and store operations
  • Ability to work night shifts and handle physical tasks
  • Prior experience in a similar retail environment is a plus
  • Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in using store management software and tools
