Peaple Talent have partnered with a leading SaaS business who are looking for an IT Manager to join the team. This role involves leading the IT team across multiple sites to keep systems running smoothly, meet business goals, and maintain security and compliance. You'll be responsible for planning projects, managing risks, and driving improvements, while showing strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

The Role:

  • Managing budgets and ensuring work stays on track
  • Overseeing infrastructure, networking, and databases
  • Maintaining up-to-date asset registers, suppliers, and documentation
  • Following ITIL and ISO best practices
  • Producing clear reports on incidents, issues, and improvements
  • Supporting continuous improvement by recommending new technologies

The Candidate:

  • 2 years minimum IT Management Background
  • IT Web/Application Hosting
  • Windows Server 2016+
  • Office 365 admin (Azure AD, Exchange, Group Policies, MDT)
  • Enterprise networking
  • ITIL qualified
  • Security conscious (SSL, PCI, CE+, ISO 27001 etc,)

Base Salary: up to £55,000
