We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to be at the heart of our events operation, leading on weddings and private events, helping drive growth through sales and ensuring our beautiful spaces are always presented to a high standard. You'll work closely with the directors and support the wider team, to deliver seamless, memorable days for our clients.

This role is hands-on, varied, and perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, creativity, and shaping the future of a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct venue tours for prospective clients
  • Manage wedding and event delivery
  • Liaise with clients to ensure a smooth sales process
  • Maintain excellent communication with clients from viewing through to event day.
  • Take pride in the appearance, cleanliness and readiness of all event spaces — inside and out.
  • Support the directors across sales and marketing activities
  • Communicate clearly with internal and external teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
