Hours: Monday - Friday, Full Time

Salary: £7.55 per hour

Hello, I'm Emma, the Nursery Manager at The Ark Kesteven Road.

We provide a unique, home-from-home environment with beautifully crafted rooms inspired by the Hygge philosophy and Scandinavian design. We believe children flourish in nurturing, welcoming spaces, and we champion the benefits of outdoor play and hands-on learning.

Located next to St George's School, we're proud to support smooth transitions to primary education. The children enjoy joining in with PE lessons, sports days, and nativity performances—building confidence and a strong sense of community.

About the role:

As an Apprentice Early Years Educator you will be a key part of keep our children safe, loved and inspired to learn. Key activities include:

• Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily

• Seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions

• Bond with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments

Essentials:

• Are 16 or over, have a passion for children and an aptitude for learning
• Minimum requirements to apply for this role are English and Maths GCSE grades 2 or E or above OR Functional Skills Level 1 or above.
• are able to commit to a full apprenticeship programme.
• are patient and friendly

• Maximum of 40 minute drive by either car or public transport
