The Role

We are seeking a proactive, professional, and detail-oriented individual to lead our trainer engagement and vetting processes. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and managing our trainer network, ensuring every trainer meets rigorous compliance and quality standards.

You will act as a key point of contact for trainers, organisations, and learners, supporting the delivery of outstanding face-to-face training sessions. Strong communication skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to build relationships quickly are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Trainer Networking & Recruitment
  • Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with trainers across multiple sectors.
  • Grow and maintain our database of approved trainers.
  • Proactively source trainers to meet specific client or learner needs.
  • Trainer Vetting & Compliance
  • Carry out thorough checks on trainer credentials, including qualifications, references, compliance documents, and background verification.
  • Ensure trainers meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements before approval.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of trainer approvals and renewals.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise professionally with organisations, clients, and learners via phone and email.
  • Ensure all communications reflect courtesy, professionalism, and clarity.
  • Escalate concerns or issues promptly to management.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Partner with Customer Support on tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and database management.
  • Collaborate with Account Management on face-to-face training bookings.
  • Provide clear instructions and oversight to ensure seamless administrative processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a related field.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to quickly build rapport.

Desirable Experience:

  • Background in training, education, HR, or compliance roles.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safeguarding requirements in the training or care sectors.
  • Experience using CRM or LMS systems for managing trainers and learners.
