AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant
London or Manchester (Hybrid)
At
Cognita Reply
, we specialise in helping organisations unlock the power of
OpenAI
— turning pilots into scale, and curiosity into confident adoption. We're looking for an
AI Enablement & Adoption Consultant
who can blend curiosity, creativity, and consulting know-how to help our clients embrace AI in meaningful (and measurable) ways.
This isn't about rolling out tech and hoping for the best. It's about workshops that spark ideas, training that builds confidence, and communications that actually get read. You'll be the bridge between OpenAI tools and the people who use them — turning "what is this?" into "wow, this is game-changing."
What you'll get up to
- Running
impact workshops
and
user interviews
to uncover high-value AI opportunities. - Designing and delivering
training programmes
(from AI 101 to advanced prompting and agent building). - Creating
toolkits, microsites, and campaigns
that bring adoption to life. - Supporting
drop-in clinics
and coaching sessions where users can ask the "silly" questions (spoiler: they're never silly). - Building
ambassador networks
and "train the trainer" models to make AI stick. - Measuring the real-world impact of AI through
A/B testing, surveys, and ROI reporting
.
What we're looking for
- Experience in
change management, digital adoption, or transformation consulting
. - Brilliant at
facilitating workshops
and building rapport with all sorts of stakeholders. - Comfortable designing and
delivering engaging training
(virtual and in-person). - A natural communicator who can explain complex tech in plain English.
- Bonus points if you've worked with
OpenAI tools, Copilots, or other LLM-powered platforms
.
Why you'll love it here
- Hybrid flexibility — we've got teams in London and Manchester.
- Work with big-name clients on
cutting-edge OpenAI adoption projects
. - A consultancy culture that's collaborative, ambitious, and not afraid to have a bit of fun along the way.
If you're excited about helping people unlock the value of OpenAI — not just the tech but the mindset shift — we'd love to hear from you.
