SUMMARY
Let's Recycle It Ltd. is a European recycling brokerage firm dealing with all grades of plastics and metals.
We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to support all aspects of the company. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce CRM, Xero accounting software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a new position within the company, and responsibilities may evolve over time. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Administration & Compliance
- Receiving in customer delivered orders into Salesforce, checking weights/quality, and raising claims where necessary
- Verifying and setting up new accounts in company systems
- Maintaining company records in Salesforce and Xero
- Keeping supplier waste licences and weighbridge certificates up to date
Accounts
- Reconciling supplier invoices and entering them into Xero
- Raising invoices for delivered consignments and completing relevant paperwork
- Credit control: reconciling client accounts and following up on outstanding payments
- Recording company expenses
Additional Duties
- Supporting the Office Manager
- Providing cover during periods of annual leave
Skills Required
- Experience in office administration is essential
- Experience with Xero and Salesforce is preferable but not essential
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is essential
- Strong telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
