Job Purpose

Provision of Assistant to the EVP, EMEA Sales Acquisitions & EVP Content & Acquisitions and their wider teams, together with office support and the organisation of divisional events.

Responsibilities

Assistant:

  • Diary management for EVP EMEA Sales Acquisitions and EVP Content & Acquisitions including all travels schedules and subsequent arrangements;
  • Meeting coordination including arranging logistics, creating and maintaining agendas/calendars and material preparation;
  • Preparation of sales and other presentations as required by EVP EMEA Sales Acquisitions and EVP Content & Acquisitions;
  • Manage expenses submissions for EVP EMEA Sales Acquisitions and EVP Content & Acquisitions;
  • Deputise for the EA to CEO/CFO as and when directed;
  • Manage domestic and international travel for the EVPs and their respective teams and ensuring Group travel policy is maintained in terms of travel and reservation protocols;
  • Support to the wider teams as required.

Office Management:

Working closely with EA to CEO/CFO to:

  • Plan team building activities to help build a strong organisational and team culture;
  • Organise charity and social events;
  • Management of specific project tasks, i.e. office moves / welcome packs / Christmas gifts and events as required;
  • Coordinate general office needs and administration;
  • Other duties as required

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Proven previous experience in a similar role in a busy, fast-paced environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and an openness to learning other office and communication tools as needed;
  • Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to improve processes;
  • Friendly and approachable manner with a can-do attitude;
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Works well in both team oriented and self-directed environments;
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
