The Role:

You'll take charge of managing leads, motivating reps, driving performance, and closing deals. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to lead from the front. You will work closely with the Director and Operations team to drive results and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train telesales agents, sales reps and canvassers

  • Allocate appointments from inbound and outbound leads

  • Track sales pipeline through CRM (HubSpot) and produce weekly reports

  • Help reps close on warm/hot leads when necessary

  • Attend customer appointments when required to support reps or close high-value jobs

  • Monitor performance targets (weekly/monthly) and report to Director

  • Maintain high customer service and brand reputation standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar sales role (ideally in home improvements or B2C)

  • Strong leadership, motivational and coaching skills

  • Excellent understanding of the full sales cycle, especially high-ticket home improvement sales

  • Comfortable managing and tracking results via CRM and Google Sheets

  • Clear communicator with excellent people skills

  • Energetic, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
