Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving sales growth, and developing strong relationships with clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales and the ability to analyse market trends to identify new opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and networking.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
- Utilise Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals effectively.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a sales team towards achieving targets.
