What you'll do

Being a Lead Technical Product Owner isabout so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It's your chance to stir up real success - which means you'll:

• Take full ownership of one or more of Costa's key Enterprise platforms (typically SaaS / PaaS / COTS) and adjacent systems, driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Market Teams, Supply Chain, Finance and People, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Backlog Management: Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog (BAU and Change), ensuring that it is aligned with the overall product strategy and objectives.
• Agile Practices: Lead agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure efficient and effective delivery of technology solutions.

Who you are

• Agile methodologies including an understanding of how to implement continuous improvements by breaking large projects into smaller achievable tasks that bring value
• Ability to influence other teams and stakeholders and proactively communicate and maintain alignment and clarity with other partners and internal customers

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions.

• Experience working with web services / systems integrations
